Thank you for your order; we really do appreciate your support for our brand.
We aim to get your order on its way to you within two business days because we know how keen you will be to wear your new Philosophy Australia pieces.
We will provide you with a shipping confirmation and tracking info on dispatch. Postage may be delayed during public holidays, and any delays with Australia Post are unfortunately out of our control. 
We charge $10 flat rate for Australia wide standard shipping, or $15 for Australia wide express shipping. We are currently only accepting orders for Australian and New Zealand delivery at $20 flat rate for NZ.
 
RETURNS + REFUNDS
Once you receive your order, we hope its perfect for you, but if it’s not quite right please email us at customersupport@philosophyaustralia.com.au to request a return. Please include your order number.
We are unable to offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that we will have your size and colour in stock.
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure you email us at

customersupport@philosophyaustralia.com.au within 14 days from receipt of your order.  Your item/s must have swing tags attached, be unworn and with no  makeup stains, deodorant marks or odours.

Please ensure you use a trackable method to return your item/s to us. We recommend using a prepaid Australia Post satchel which includes tracking.
We are unable to provide a refund for items lost in the mail.
Sale styles are sold as final purchase and no returns will be accepted, nor will refunds will be made.
