SHIPPING
Thank you for your order! We aim to get on its way to you in two business days because we know how keen you will be to get your new Philosophy Australia goodies!
Packing and postage may be delayed during public holidays.
We charge $10 flat rate for Australia wide standard shipping, or $15 for Australia wide express shipping  
We are only accepting orders for Australian & New Zealand delivery.
$20 flat rate for NZ.
 
RETURNS
If you get your order and it’s not quite right for you, please email us at philosophy.australia.shop@gmail.com to request a return.
Please include your order number.
We don't offer exchanges as we are unable to guarantee that we will have your size and colour in stock.
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure you email us at philosophy.australia.shop@gmail.com within 14 days from receipt of your order.  Your item/s must have swing tags attached, be unworn and with no makeup stains, deodorant marks and odours.
Please ensure you use a trackable method to return your item/s to us. We recommend using a prepaid Australia Post satchel which includes tracking.
We are unable to provide a refund for items lost in the mail.
Sale styles are sold as final purchase and no returns will be accepted, nor will refunds will be made.

EXCHANGES
As we are unable to guarantee that your required size or colour will be available, we don't offer returns.  As soon as your item has been received and processed by us, we will issue you a refund so you can repurchase.
REFUNDS
Email philosophy.australia.shop@gmail.com with your request for a refund. Please include your Order Number in the subject of your email.
Please include your invoice enclosed with your order, and advise the reason for your return. Once we receive your item/s, we will inspect it, then refund via your original method of payment.
RETURNS SHIPPING
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping to return items. Please ensure that you use a trackable shipping service and/or consider registered post. If a package does not reach us safely, we will be unable to complete the refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
